Our Mexico office opened in 1982. Over the past 40 years, we have worked closely with captains of industry and senior executives on their most critical leadership needs.

Today, our team of 17 professionals works closely with the most important Mexican corporations, as well as the divisions of global multinationals based in Mexico.

Here in Mexico, our second Latin American office, we work with the growing global Mexican conglomerates in industries as diverse as consumer products, retail, industrial, financial services, life sciences, and health care. We often work with a client on multiple projects. For example, for a longtime client, we have placed senior executives in 10 countries, run board assessments, helped with a post-acquisition cultural integration, and managed a CEO succession process.
