Egon Zehnder's management appraisal practice, now called Executive Assessment & Development, was born in the Buenos Aires office, when the government-owned telecom company was in the midst of privatization and needed help evaluating and placing senior managers.

Founded in 1985, our office co-leads the Executive Assessment & Development practice for Latin America and specializes in C-level executive searches for the most critical and demanding positions in the market.

The Buenos Aires team, who also serves Ecuador, Peru, Uruguay, and Paraguay, focuses on mining, energy, consumer goods, financial services, family businesses, and multinationals with regional headquarters in Argentina.

We also work closely with other offices in Latin America to serve clients looking for regional talent.
