This is as true for our own people as for the clients and candidates we spend time with every day.  

We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where the voices of LGBTQ+ leaders are heard and their talents, abilities, and potential are recognized. 

Leaders know they cannot solve complex challenges alone. They derive strength from the people around them. Only by tapping into the breadth and richness of insights that come from a group with truly diverse perspectives of individuals and an inclusive culture, do leaders have real power. Nurturing and embracing these voices will be critical to building a bright, shared future. That is leadership for a better world.

Our Approach to LGBTQ+ Talent 

The leadership advisory industry needs to take intentional steps to ensure that processes, approaches, and systems are inclusive, which can be challenging since LGBTQ+ identities are often not visible.  

Our comprehensive approach includes: 

  • Creating a safe environment conducive to open dialogue, where LGBTQ+ individuals both inside and outside our Firm can be their authentic selves.  

  • Embedding inclusion in our global policies to proactively prevent any direct or indirect discrimination that our colleagues may face. 

  • Actively working to celebrate, support, empower, and advocate for Egon Zehnder’s LGBTQ+ community through our ez+ employee resource group. It is a place for anyone in the Firm, regardless of whether they identify as LGBTQ+, to come together, support each other, and explore the many ways to foster inclusion inside Egon Zehnder.

OutQuorum 2023 Highlights

Egon Zehnder proudly sponsored Out Leadership's annual OutQUORUM Summit in May in New York. Senior executives, board members, and many of our Egon Zehnder colleagues attended the event, which had opening remarks by our Chair Michael Ensser and consultant Chuck Gray.
