Based in Denver, Cody Butt supports clients as a member of Egon Zehnder’s Consumer and Supply Chain & Operations practices, leveraging expertise acquired from over a decade of hands-on experience. His main focus is on working with consumer-facing enterprises to strengthen their operational functions.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Cody spent more than a decade at McKinsey & Company in Denver in roles that included Engagement Manager and Associate Principal and culminated in that of Partner. His earlier work experience included working as a Senior Auditor for Union Pacific Railroad in Omaha.
Cody earned a BSBA and BAS in Accounting and French from the University of Nebraska at Omaha while also becoming a certified public accountant and certified internal auditor after completing internships in tax accounting and auditing and bookkeeping at Masimore, Magnuson & Associates. After that he went on to complete an MBA at Harvard Business School. When not working, Cody loves spending time with his wife and two children exploring everything that Colorado has to offer, from snowboarding and hiking to museums and theater.
