Agnès Bautz is active across Egon Zehnder’s Consumer Practice Group. She is a trusted advisor to clients across multiple sectors and markets and advises clients on board search and leadership assessment and development. Agnès leads the CFO practice for Amsterdam.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Agnès worked at VodafoneZiggo, most recently as Company Secretary advising the Supervisory Board on corporate governance practices and as Chief of Staff supporting the CEO. Before that, she held several commercial roles at Vodafone. Agnès began her career at PwC and worked both as a manager in the audit practice and as a consultant in the Corporate Governance Unit.
Agnès earned an MSc in accountancy and controlling at the University of Groningen, followed by the Executive Master Program of Accountancy (EMA). She is a registered auditor (RA). When not working, Agnès enjoys spending time with her husband and three children.
