Based in Amsterdam, Edoardo Frangi partners with clients as an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Professional Services and Financial Services practices while also serving as a coach and facilitator across industries within the scope of the Firm’s Leadership Advisory. He is passionate about creating spaces in which professionals and their teams can consciously live, work, and lead.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Edoardo was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey working across Milan, Kuala Lumpur, and Amsterdam before becoming a board strategy manager at Aberkyn and working as a top team facilitator and (certified) coach.
Edoardo completed a BA and MA in philosophy at Milan State University and a BSc in business economics from the LUISS Business School in Rome with an exchange semester at ESSEC in Paris. He then went on to complete a double CEMS master’s degree in international management from the Vienna University of Economics and Business and the Sydney Business School in Australia. Edoardo subsequently obtained an MBA from INSEAD in Singapore and Abu Dhabi. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his partner, watching baroque Italian operas, hosting home dinners, and working out at the gym.
