Monique Sprengers is active across Egon Zehnder’s Industrial & Services Practice Groups. She is a trusted adviser to clients on executive and board search, and is actively involved in senior leadership assessment and development projects. Monique leads the CHRO practice for Amsterdam.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, she held a range of senior positions at Royal Philips in Amsterdam, most recently that of Global Business Development Director Coffee. Earlier, Monique was Chief of Staff for the CHRO, and held the role of Senior Manager for Group Strategy.
Monique earned an MSc in Business Administration with a Master’s in Innovation Management (finishing Cum Laude) from Erasmus University in Rotterdam. In her private life, Monique dedicates her time to her three small children, husband and family. Having played field hockey in the highest competition level in the Netherlands for years, she is a true believer of building winning teams and collaborative spirits.
