Carlos Rodríguez leads Egon Zehnder´s Latam North Region (Mexico, Central America & Caribbean, and Andean Region). Carlos and his colleagues advise multinational clients, family-owned groups, and PE funds on critical leadership issues. In addition to working on CEO succession and senior executive-search projects across the region, Carlos leads large team and board-assessment projects across numerous industries. He is active in Egon Zehnder’s CEO, Board Consulting, Technology and Communications, and Consumer practices, as well as the firm’s Family Business Advisory.

Carlos was previously Global Consulting Director at Pyramid in Boston, working for high-tech and telecommunications clients with a particular focus on emerging markets. He was also Business Development Director for Kaplan Latin America and helped lead Kaplan’s expansion in Latin America.
Carlos earned a BS in business administration from Universidad de los Andes in Bogotá, a postgraduate degree in international management from the ICN Graduate School of Business in France, and a master’s in international affairs and international business from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. He is a member of the Board of Governors of Colegio Anglo Colombiano and Member of the Board of Save the Children Colombia. Carlos has three children and is a competitive squash player.
