Mike Sheehy, based in Chicago, is active in Egon Zehnder’s global Health Practice, partnering with clients across the healthcare spectrum to help them master key talent-related and organizational strategy challenges. Having worked with the Firm in both the U.S. and Europe, he possesses deep expertise on senior global leadership roles. Mike is also active in Egon Zehnder’s Human Resources practice, serving clients across industries.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Mike was with Bain & Company as a Consultant and then Manager, working with clients across industries on a variety of strategic initiatives. He was also heavily involved in the firm’s recruiting and training efforts and led due diligence work for investors as a member of that consultancy’s private equity practice. Earlier, Mike served as an Analyst, Senior Analyst, Associate, and Head of Research with Egon Zehnder in Chicago, New York, and Copenhagen.
Mike earned a BS in Science Business from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. Outside work he enjoys spending time with his husband, biking around Chicago, and exploring new cities and countries through food. He is an avid Detroit and Notre Dame sports fan.
