Ran Wu is Managing Partner of Egon Zehnder’s mainland China offices and serves as the Joint Head of Egon Zehnder in China. He partners with clients on executive and board search engagements, CEO succession planning, management assessment, and leadership development. In addition to his work within the automotive sector, Ran advises industrial, technology, and private equity-backed companies globally. He is a trusted advisor for both multinational and Chinese local clients, helping them address their cross-border leadership needs.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Ran served as Vice President of Sales with Federal-Mogul Corporation, responsible for all commercial activities in China. Before returning to China, he served as Sales Director for Ignition and EIT products with Federal-Mogul, based in Detroit, US. He also worked for Delphi Corporation in progressive commercial and technical roles, with special focus on powertrain control systems and components. Ran began his career as a sales engineer in electronics industry.

Ran earned an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelly School of Business in the US, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University in the US, and a BS in Engineering Mechanics from Shanghai Jiaotong University.

加入亿康先达之前,他是汽车部件供应商辉门公司(Federal-Mogul)驻华销售副总裁。而在回国之前,他在美国担任辉门点火/能源产品和IT产品销售总监、并曾在德尔福历任各项动力传动系统部件的商务及工程管理职务。职业早年,武苒曾是电子销售工程师。
