Based in Dallas, Amy Sullivan is active in Egon Zehnder’s Consumer and Financial Officers practices. She draws on her rich experience as a finance director to help companies fill executive positions, tap leadership potentials, and appraise the performance of managers.

I’m a puzzle enthusiast. What energizes me is solving complex leadership puzzles by developing, identifying, and connecting great leaders.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Amy held a succession of growth-focused finance roles at PepsiCo, culminating in the position of Finance Director. Among other things, she worked on that company’s national strategy, developing keen analytical and interpersonal skills in the process. Amy frequently led cross-functional initiatives across the organization involving marketing, sales, engineering, and operational teams. Earlier she was a Financial Analyst at Wallace Roberts & Todd in Philadelphia, designing and implementing corporate finance processes.

Amy earned a BA in mathematics from Williams College and an MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin. Outside work she enjoys spending time with her husband, visiting national parks, experiencing global cultures, and sharing good food with great company.
