There is no better feeling than positively impacting individuals, organizations, and communities. I’m energized by creating and fostering strong relationships to help organizations solve complex business and leadership challenges.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Thomas was the President and General Manager of Payments at Hyphen Solutions in Dallas. Prior to that he worked in private equity at Blue Star Innovation Partners as its VP of Operations with responsibility for payments, fintech, go-to-market strategy, operations, and execution across its portfolio companies. That was preceded by the role of Global Head of Sales, Trading & Risk at Enverus. Earlier Thomas spent several years at Radiant Systems (later acquired by NCR) in Atlanta as the General Manager of its merchant solutions business and then Head of Sales in the Americas for the company’s Travel & Entertainment Division. He began his career with SunTrust Robinson Humphrey in the field of real estate investment banking.

Thomas earned a BA in business administration focusing on finance from Morehouse College and an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School. He cares about giving back to the community and serves on the boards of the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Dallas and the Dallas YMCA, as well as in various leadership committees at his church. In his free time, Thomas is passionate about spending time with his wife and young daughter, cycling, competing in triathlons, and playing the drums.
