Christian Redhardt leads Egon Zehnder’s office in Frankfurt and the Real Estate segment. He is a member of Egon Zehnder’s CEO & Board Advisory and Financial Services Practices. He has particular deep expertise in the investment sector including both public and private market asset classes and extending segment-wise beyond investment managers to family offices and investment functions of institutional investors. He is a trusted advisor across sectors on executive and director search, management appraisals, talent management, change leadership, and board effectiveness.

During his time at Egon Zehnder he also previously led the Financial Service Practice Group and served on the German Executive Committee of the Urban Land Institute (ULI). Before joining Egon Zehnder, Christian was based in Madrid as the Deputy Head of Spain & Portugal for the International Corporate Banking Division of Commerzbank AG. His previous roles included those of Head of Marketing & Sales, Institutional Clients, at Cominvest Asset Management GmbH in Frankfurt; Head of Business Development & Controlling in the Asset Management Division, and Project Manager in the Corporate Strategy, Central Corporate Strategy & Controlling Department with Commerzbank AG in Frankfurt.
Christian earned an MA in business administration from the EBS Business School in Oestrich-Winkel, Germany. During his studies he also spent time abroad in the U.S., France, Argentina, and Spain.
Christian Redhardt leitet das Frankfurter Büro von Egon Zehnder sowie das Real Estate Segment und ist Mitglied der CEO & Board Advisory und Financial Services Praxisgruppen. Er verfügt zudem über eine besonders fundierte Expertise im Investment-Bereich. Hier ist er sowohl in den Asset-Klassen Public und Private Markets als auch sektoral über Investment Manager hinaus bis hin zu Family Offices und Investmentfunktionen institutioneller Investoren beratend aktiv. Neben der Besetzung von Führungspositionen im In- und Ausland unterstützt er Klienten dabei, ihr Führungspersonal zu entwickeln sowie den Impact ihrer Teams zu verbessern. Als langjähriges Mitglied der CEO und Board Praxisgruppe berät er bei Nachfolgefragen von Aufsichts- und Beiräten sowie für die Unternehmensspitze.
Vor seinem Eintritt bei Egon Zehnder war Christian Redhardt Deputy Head of Spain and Portugal für die International Corporate Banking Division der Commerzbank AG in Madrid. Christian Redhardt hat Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der EBS Business School in Oestrich-Winkel studiert. Auslandsaufenthalte führten ihn in die USA, nach Frankreich, Argentinien und Spanien.
