Francisca Fei, based in Geneva, is a consultant at Egon Zehnder’s Consumer Practice Group. Francisca's experience in strategic leadership consulting spans consumer goods, processing industries, and related services, fueled by her deep commitment to developing high-performing teams and driving organizational transformation.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Francisca was a consultant and later Principal at Boston Consulting Group in Zurich and Geneva, where she worked extensively in the consumer goods, services, and industrial sectors. Her professional experience include operations and marketing-related work in Singapore, Japan, and her hometown Shanghai, China.
Francisca holds a Master of Arts in Strategy & International Management from the University of St. Gallen, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management. She has undergone extensive leadership training and holds a certification for change management, enhancing her expertise in organizational transformation and strategic leadership development. Outside work, Francisca enjoys playing piano and singing, exploring languages and cultures, and combining her love of food with travel together with her husband.
