Roger Aguirre is a core member of the Energy group in Egon Zehnder’s Industrial Practice. Based in Houston, he has deep expertise in oilfield services. He also coestablished the Engineering & Construction group at the firm. Roger advises on management appraisal, executive search, and director search.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Roger was a Global Product Line Manager with GE Oil & Gas in Houston. Earlier, he held several operations and project-management roles in Africa, South America, Europe, and Asia as part of Schlumberger’s Artificial Lift segment.
Roger has an Engineering Degree in electronics and communications from Escuela Politécnica Nacional in Quito, Ecuador, and an MBA from the Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University, in The Netherlands. Outside of work, he loves antique cars and spending time with his teenage children.
