Ha-Neul Seo works globally as a member of Egon Zehnder’s Health Practice, drawing on experience gained during a career spanning clinical medicine, management consulting and HR to advise organisations on their leadership challenges.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Ha-Neul was Vice President for Global Recruitment and Employee Development at EF Education First, where she created and delivered on global people strategy. Prior to that, she worked as a primary care physician with the National Health Service and a management consultant with McKinsey & Co., serving clients across the healthcare, pharmaceutical and consumer sectors in the UK and USA.
Ha-Neul earned a BA and MA in Medicine from the University of Cambridge, an MBBS from University College London and an MPH from the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
