Based in London, Mark Longworth primarily serves clients in the financial services industry. Mark is a trusted advisor to boards and CEOs from both a search perspective and also in the leadership advisory space. In both of these roles he works with senior leaders to identify and develop exceptional and diverse executives. From a functional perspective, Mark is active in the firm’s board consulting, chief people officers, and general counsel practices.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Mark was a senior associate at Linklaters in their financial services practice for seven years after which he served as chief of staff to the firm’s global CEO for three years, with 18 months of that time also working as head of corporate affairs at the firm. Mark was mainly based in London but also spent time working out of Linklaters’ offices in Hong Kong SAR and the United Arab Emirates.
Mark earned a joint BA in law and business studies from the University of Warwick before obtaining his practising legal qualification from the College of Law of England and Wales (CoL) in London. Mark lives in north London with his partner, and when not working enjoys travelling and spending time with family and friends.
