Based in London, Tade Fayomi is a dedicated member of Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services and Leadership Advisory practices. She specializes in working with leaders in Asset Management and Private Wealth Management, addressing a wide range of talent needs such as CEO succession, board advisory, and senior leadership development. Tade is deeply passionate about diversity and sustainability, and she advises clients in the United Kingdom and Africa on developing senior leaders to shape the future of their organizations.

My motto has always been ‘Success is what you do for yourself, and significance is what you do for others.’ I’m driven to make a difference in my community by supporting individuals to unlock their full potential and thrive, both professionally and personally.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Tade was a Vice President at J.P. Morgan Asset and Wealth Management in London, where she led strategic marketing and business development projects for ESG and Sustainable Investments on a global scale. Earlier, she worked at Boston Consulting Group as a management consultant within financial services. She started her career at Goldman Sachs where she worked in the New York, London, Dubai and Singapore offices as a Vice President and was responsible for managing key client accounts and advising on investment strategy.

Tade holds a BBA in Finance (magna cum laude) from Howard University in the U.S. and an MBA from INSEAD in France. She is committed to advancing diversity in financial services and is an active member of Black Women in Asset Management (BWAM), having been recognized in the BWAM 40 under 40 list for her impact. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family, travelling, and exploring new cultures.
