Based in Los Angeles, Whitney Chamberlain belongs to Egon Zehnder’s Services and Consumer Practices Groups. She draws on extensive experience and deep insights into what makes businesses succeed to expertly support and advise companies across industries.
I’m passionate about working hand-in-hand with clients to solve their most challenging problems. I am genuinely motivated by getting to know senior leaders, understanding what makes them tick, and identifying ways to meaningfully benefit them and their organizations.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Whitney was based in the Middle East for nearly six years. She served as the Chief Strategy Officer for the government partner to NYU Abu Dhabi and focused on higher education strategy and other large, civic-enablement projects. Earlier, Whitney was a Strategy Director at Monitor Deloitte in Dubai, Chicago and New York, leading strategy development and organizational transformation projects for companies in the consumer products, government and hospitality sectors. She began her career as a consultant at IBM Business Consulting Services in Washington, D.C.
Whitney earned a BS and MS in information systems from the University of Florida and an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business. She happily stays busy spending time with her husband and two children with an emphasis on exploring new places and activities, and being outdoors as much as possible.
