Sarah Adler

Sarah Adler, based in New York City, supports companies as an active member of the global consumer, retail and digital practice group. She is valued for her deep experience in this industry and her insightful, collaborative approach to serving clients.

It’s exciting to partner closely with clients to unlock their strategic objectives by identifying exceptionally talented individuals and ensuring that they have the right tools and structures to succeed.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Sarah spent the majority of her career in corporate strategy roles. She began her career as a Consultant with Bain & Company working out of its Los Angeles and San Francisco offices. She advised clients across private equity, technology, and nonprofit organizations. She spent ten years at Tapestry Inc. (originally Coach Inc.), where she had several roles in the corporate strategy team including Vice President of Strategy and Head of Consumer Insights. Most recently, she worked as a strategy consultant in New York, collaborating on a series of strategic and operational projects to support consumer retail brands.

Sarah graduated cum laude from Princeton University, where she was also elected to Phi Beta Kappa, and received an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Outside work Sarah enjoys spending time with her husband, daughter, and twin sons in addition to running, playing tennis, and traveling.
