Pierre Pujol leads Egon Zehnder’s global Professional Services segment and the firm’s Services Practice in France. Based in Paris, he advises clients on all leadership issues. He is also a member of the Industrial Practice and has particular expertise in aerospace and defense.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Pierre was Vice President of Strategy for the Electrical Systems Division of Zodiac Aerospace in Paris. Previously, he was an Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company, based in Madrid and Milan. Earlier, Pierre was a Product Engineer with Sagem, based in Madrid.
Pierre has an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MSc in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin, and an MSc from Supélec, in Paris. He is a competitive tennis player, a commercial pilot, and enjoys spending time with his three children.
