Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Anna was Gap Inc.’s Vice President for Digital Strategy. That was preceded by a nine-year career at Amazon with a trajectory that included launching the company’s retail business in Mexico, serving as a Senior Manager for product & supply chain at AmazonFresh, and ultimately working out of Seattle and Berlin, Germany as Head of Product & Technology for Search Customer Experience. Anna launched her career as a consultant with Chemonics International in Washington, D.C.
Anna earned a BA with a double major in international relations and environmental science from American University and then received an MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. The mother of three young children, she spends most weekends outside hiking, biking, or skiing with them. Anna loves bringing family, friends, and neighbors together for home cooked meals, and is also passionate about exploring the globe.
