Maitée Soares de Camargo, based in São Paulo, recruits Board Members, CEOs and Senior Executives, assesses and develops executives and consults in leadership team effectiveness. Maitée co-leads Egon Zehnder’s Health & Agribusiness sectors in Brazil, and acts in the Consumer practice. A certified professional coach, Maitée also coordinates Egon Zehnder’s Executive Assessment, Development and Coaching Practices in Latin America. Maitée is actively engaged with Egon Zehnder’s Diversity & Inclusion Team.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Maitée was Director of the Infectious Disease, Transplant & Immunology Business Unit of Novartis Pharma in Brazil. Previously, she was a Manager with AT Kearney in São Paulo and Paris.
Maitée has a BA in business administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas, in Sao Paulo, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. She is accredited as a Master Integral Coach® by ICC (Integral Coaching Canada).
Outside of work, she loves watching her two sons grow up and spending time on her family’s farm. She also enjoys reading autobiographies and playing beach tennis with her friends.
