Before joining Egon Zehnder, Dawn was Head of Ocean Fulfillment & Operations at Flexport, where she expertly guided the company through one of the most challenging peak seasons during the Covid-19 pandemic. She also served as General Manager for Flexport’s Hong Kong office. Prior to that, Dawn was Senior Manager in Global Supply Chain and Sales Director at Avery Dennison. She also gained valuable experience as an Associate at McKinsey & Company. She began her career at Dell, gaining diverse experience across sales operations, pricing, and global logistics in Austin and Singapore.
She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, a Master’s degree in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, especially outdoor adventures with her family, and is an active volunteer in her children’s scouting program.
