Lisze Lee, based in Singapore, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services Practice, with a special focus on investment, corporate and consumer banking, asset management, sovereign wealth funds, private equity and family offices. She is a trusted advisor to a broad range of clients, co-creating tailored solutions to meet their leadership and talent needs. Lisze’s services include CEO succession planning, executive search, board consulting and search, and leadership assessment and development. She also helps clients meet functional leadership challenges, especially in the areas of technology, operations, risk and compliance, human resources, and general management.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Lisze served as Deputy to the Head of Senior Relationship Management for SE Asia at Barclays Capital. Before that, she led Investment Communications at Nikko Asset Management (formerly DBS AM). Lisze began her career in New York, first with Merrill Lynch Capital Markets and then with UBS Securities, where she traded Fixed Income Swaps & Derivatives. She returned to Singapore in the late 1990s as the Asia Head for this function at UBS.
Lisze earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering (with 1st class honors) from the National University of Singapore, a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
She speaks fluent English and conversational Mandarin. Outside work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, cooking and traveling, and stays fit with long-distance cycling, running, swimming (including various triathlons), among other things―in her youth, she played on the Singapore National Junior Squash team. During a 10-year career break, she was heavily involved in obtaining funding for and establishing the Pathlight School for autistic children, doing volunteer work for other charitable initiatives to support the special needs community, and home-schooling her son, who suffers from autism.
