Our Warsaw office was founded in 1995, on the wave of expansion of leading advisory firms into Central Eastern Europe. Since then, we have served local and international entrepreneurs, global and regional private equity funds, and multinational businesses, as well as financial institutions and others across Poland and the Baltic states, also undertaking regional mandates across other CEE countries.

Our team of two consultants and eight professional and support staff work closely with Poland's principal industries, including banks and insurance companies, industrial and service sector companies, as well as those from technology, consumer products, and life sciences.

Most of our consulting is focused on leadership assessment, development, retention, and executive-level recruitment. We help our clients set up systems to motivate employees. We also advise Boards on highly important and sensitive matters of implementing organization structure changes and assist in multi-year, planned leadership succession programs. We help clients realize the full potential of their organization through maximizing the leadership potential of their senior teams.
