Andreas Gavrielides founded Egon Zehnder’s Athens office and helped to establish the firm’s presence in Turkey and Central Europe. He is now the office leader in Athens and coordinates the CEE South Region. He provides a range of services including board search, management appraisals, and leadership consulting. Andreas is active in the firm’s CEO, Board Consulting, Private Capital, and Technology and Communications practices.

Our client work touches the organization’s most sensitive chords. It requires a cocktail of skills including passion, active listening, and true partnering.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Andreas was an Assistant Brand Manager with Procter & Gamble in Greece. He began his career as a market research executive at the Middle East Marketing Research Bureau in Cyprus, working for George Vassiliou, who was subsequently elected President of Cyprus. Andreas then served as Vassiliou’s Election Campaign Director and his Personal Assistant and Special Advisor.

Andreas earned a BA in marketing and an MBA from Texas A&M. He chairs Alliance for Greece, an NGO that promotes Greek culture and tourism, and he is a member of the Make-A-Wish Foundation.
