Based in Atlanta, Leticia McDonald is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Services Practice, focusing on Travel & Hospitality, and a leader of the company’s industrial vertical within the Global Marketing and Sales practice. Drawing on extensive expertise gained while working in the hotel industry and as an associate marketing manager, Leticia is highly valued for her sharp intellect and problem-solving mindset, combined with empathy and the ability to listen closely, which she applies to help clients achieve their goals.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Leticia served as the Director of Operational Excellence at Marriott International. Earlier, she was an Associate Marketing Manager at Whirlpool Latin America.
Leticia earned a BA in business administration from the University of São Paulo, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. Her credentials also include a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Leticia is multilingual, speaking English, Portuguese, Italian, and Spanish. Outside work she finds balance by spending time with her husband and her son.
