Pablo Sagnier, based in Madrid and Barcelona, has deep expertise in search and in assessment and development of boards and executive teams. His clients include large corporations, family businesses, and private equity firms. He is active in Egon Zehnder’s Board, Financial Services, Consumer, and Industrial practices. He is also a member of the Family Business Advisory Practice. He draws on his experience in strategy and organizational development to find the best solutions for his clients.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Pablo was CFO and Operations Manager with Winterthur, an insurance company within the Credit Suisse Group. Previously, he was a Senior Engagement Manager with McKinsey & Company working with clients in Spain, Portugal, Argentina, and the U.S. Pablo began his career as an IT Consultant at Arthur Andersen.
Pablo has a BA in industrial engineering from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia in Barcelona and an MBA from IESE, University of Navarra. When not working, he enjoys outdoor sports, spending time with his family, and learning about behavioral economics.
