Vincent Zhou, based in Beijing, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Services Practice in Greater China. He draws on deep insight in strategy development, M&A, and business transformation to support and advise companies in the hospitality, travel, and real estate sectors, with broad management experience in both multinational and Chinese companies.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Vincent was the VP of Strategy & Business Development at SINOBO, a boutique real estate developer that is active in sports, entertainment and commerce and owns the Beijing Guoan Football Club. While in that role he helped the company win a project for renovating the iconic Beijing Workers Stadium and drove an award winning digitization initiative for a core service facility of the Beijing Winter Olympics. Before that, Vincent helped launch China Vanke’s Logistics business as its Head of Group Investment, Operations, and Sales & Marketing. Earlier, Vincent spent eight years with Boston Consulting Group focusing on TMT and Energy industry on themes ranging from global growth strategies to major joint venture negotiations.
Vincent holds an MBA degree from The Richard Ivey School of Business. Vincent really enjoys travel and adventure as an active photographer.

加入亿康先达之前，周喆是中赫集团副总裁，负责集团的战略与业务拓展，中赫集团是一家布局于体育、娱乐和商业地产的精品开发运营商，也是北京国安足球俱乐部的股东。周喆协助了中赫为首的联合体获得了标志性的北京工人体育场改造复建项目，并策划了项目定位和商业模式。周喆还带领团队推动了北京冬奥会的崇礼太子城核心设施的数字化建设，并获得了科技部的“科技冬奥”认证。此前，周喆曾任万科集团战投部门的负责人，也是万科物流地产业务的核心创始成员。职业早年，周喆在波士顿咨询集团任职8年，为客户提供从全球增长战略到重大合资项目谈判的各类咨询服务。
