Based in Boston, Kathryn Rogers is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services practice and leads the Asset & Wealth Management Practice in the US. She brings nearly two decades of industry experience and is a trusted advisor to clients on executive and board search and leadership advisory matters across the financial services ecosystem, including asset & wealth management, banking and capital markets, real estate, and private capital. Kathryn is also active in the Risk and Chief Financial Officers Practices, where her focus and expertise spans across industries.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Kathryn spent the entirety of her career at Goldman Sachs, advising a range of clients as part of the Real Estate Strategy and Global Markets businesses. Most recently, she served as a sector specialist and originator in Global Corporate Access, where she led the efforts for Basic Materials, Financials, and Natural Resources.
Kathryn earned a BS in human development from Cornell University. She is a lifelong distance runner, having competed at both the national and international levels, and certified USA Track and Field Coach. She is also an avid knitter, voracious reader, and novice tennis player who enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
