He led Egon Zehnder’s Chemical and Process Industries Practice for more than a decade and spent 3 years in Singapore leading the firm’s Industrial Practice in South Asia.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Boudewijn helped start a company as a Partner at VentureBay, a digital business incubator. Before that he was a Manager with Arthur D. Little, based in Brussels and working globally across industries and on major cultural change projects. Earlier, Boudewijn was a Sydney-based Business Developer at Franki, a multinational construction group, with responsibility for expanding its business in Asia. He began his career in brand management at Procter & Gamble.
Boudewijn earned an MA in applied economics and a BA in philosophy from the University of Leuven in Belgium and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. He loves discovering new countries and hiking in nature and the mountains, is deeply interested in Asian art, and finds inspiration in opera, Kriya yoga, and sports.
