Our Copenhagen office was the third opened by Egon Zehnder, in 1969, and was originally established to oversee the Scandinavian market.

Since 2012, the eight consultants and 22 professional and support staff serve the C-suite needs of top Danish companies as well as local divisions of multinational corporations. We also collaborate with our colleagues around the world to find local leadership for our Danish clients' international operations.

While executive search makes up the majority of our business, our Copenhagen office also manages large leadership assessment projects of up to 400 executives for Egon Zehnder around the globe. Our long-term relationships are reflected in the percentage of returning clients, who make up the majority of our current business.
