Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Christian served as the Managing Director for Scandinavia with Innocent Drinks, a UK-based company. Before that, he held the role of Group Operations Director at Carlsberg Breweries in Copenhagen, where he was in charge of the supply chain across Europe. Christian began his career at Boston Consulting Group in Copenhagen, where he worked on strategy development and performance improvement programs for telecommunications, operations, and industrial goods companies across Scandinavia.
Christian earned an MSc from Copenhagen Business School and a Master of International Management (CEMS) from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland. In his free time he enjoys kitesurfing and relaxes by working on DIY projects around his home.
