Vishal Dhanuka, based in Dallas, leads the firm’s Technology Practice in Americas. He is active in CEO Search and Board Consulting, serving as a strategic adviser to clients across Technology Services and Enterprise Software companies. He brings broad experience working as a Leadership Advisor to Fortune 500 companies as well as PE backed fast-growing, nimble startups. He is focused on helping enterprises find the right Board Directors, CEOs, CxOs and Executive Leaders to implement growth strategies, assess their management and team effectiveness, and plot a course to creating enterprise value and successful future.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Vishal served as Vice President and Global Head of Customer Innovation & Strategy at Hortonworks. Prior to that, he held leadership roles in numerous companies, including as SAP, A.T. Kearney, and American Airlines.
Vishal has a Bachelor of Engineering in computer engineering from the University of Mumbai, a Master of Science in computer science from the University of North Texas, and an MBA at the McCombs School of Business of the University of Texas at Austin. When not working, he loves to cook and spend time with his wife and two daughters.
