Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Richard was Director of Business Development with Hackman Metos Oy in Kerava, Finland. He was previously Deputy CEO with Aldata Solution Oy, Development Director at Aldata, and Development Manager with Iltalehti, in Helsinki, and Research Scientist for the Technical Research Centre of Finland, in Tampere.
Richard earned a PhD Tech in industrial economics from Tampere University of Technology and an MSc in economics from the University of Tampere. When not working, he enjoys golf, sailing, hunting, and spending time with family.
