Vivi Firdauzi

Vivi Firdauzi is active in Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services Practice Group. She has broad knowledge and experience in multiple lines of financial sectors including, banking, asset management, insurance, hedge funds, and FinTech. Based in Jakarta, Vivi advises clients on executive search, CEO successorship, and leadership assessment and development.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Vivi was the Head of Financial Risk Management and Model Validation at Aegon’s online bank, Knab. Before that, Vivi was co-founder and portfolio manager of a start-up hedge fund and advisory firm based in Switzerland. Her early career was with ABN AMRO Asset Management in Amsterdam as quantitative investment strategist and later portfolio manager.

Vivi earned bachelor and master degrees in Econometrics in Quantitative Finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
