Francesca Colantuoni, based in London, is active in Egon Zehnder’s Consumer and Services Practices, supporting clients on executive search and leadership advisory.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Francesca was a management consultant, first with Oliver Wyman and subsequently with McKinsey & Company, both based in London.
Francesca earned an MBA with high distinction from INSEAD, and a BCom in Economics from McGill University in Canada. She is passionate about diversity and inclusion – she led the McKinsey Women’s Group for 3 years, led and published ground-breaking research on paternity leave, and was responsible for developing McKinsey’s European strategy for improving black and ethnic minority representation.
