Helen Crowley, based in London, works closely with companies in the media and marketing services sectors on all leadership and talent issues. She leads the firm’s global Communications & Public Affairs practice as well as the UK Media practice. She also spends time with VC and PE backed software companies, advising on go to market, CEO succession and board appointments. She is active in Egon Zehnder’s Technology & Communications and Consumer practices.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Helen served as the VP for Customer Success at Socialbakers, now Emplifi, a global social media analytics company, with responsibility for retaining and growing the customer base. Prior to that, she held the role of Director of Client Services at social media agency Techlightenment (part of Experian), and was Chief of Staff at the IPG media agency, UM. Helen began her career as a Consultant for organization and people change at KPMG.
Helen earned an MA in music from the University of Cambridge and an MBA from London Business School. She is a classically trained musician and is passionate about the arts and culture.
