Iva, based in London, is the Co-Leader of the Global Insurance Practice at Egon Zehnder working across Executive and Board engagements. She advises senior leaders on search, development and talent management and is passionate about bringing fresh perspective to the sector. She has particular expertise in the CEO and CPO functions as well as significant experience working with boards. Iva is passionate about helping her clients in putting the people agenda at the forefront of their business agenda and has extensive experience in working with both listed and private companies. Being a believer of importance of diversity and inclusion, Iva is also an active member of the DEI practice group with particular focus on helping drive gender diversity in FS.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Iva spent more than a decade at Goldman Sachs in London. While holding a series of sales and risk advisory roles in Goldman’s Securities and Investment Banking divisions, she worked closely with corporates, asset managers, and private equity clients on risk management, financing, and M&A.
Originally from Belgrade, Iva moved to the UK where she earned a First Class BSc degree in Engineering and Business from the University of Warwick. Iva speaks fluent English and French in addition to her native Serbian, and in her free time enjoys exercising, practicing yoga, traveling, and baking.
