Loula Lefkaritis co-leads Egon Zehnder’s global Financial Services practice as well as the Firm’s global Banking & Markets practice. Based in London, she advises her clients on their full spectrum of leadership needs—from executive search to leadership development and board advisory. Known for her honest and inclusive approach, Loula challenges leaders to think beyond the obvious, make daring decisions, and drive lasting impact in their organizations. A passionate advocate of diversity and inclusion, she founded and leads the Firm’s Neurodiversity efforts globally.

In her last role before coming to Egon Zehnder, Loula worked as Director of Direct Response Advertising Marketplace for Yahoo Europe. Previous roles at Yahoo included Chief of Staff to the SVP of Europe and later Head of Business Management and Chief of Staff for the VP of EMEA Sales. Earlier, Loula was with Goldman Sachs International, initially in equity sales advising UK-based institutional investors and then focusing on equity capital markets.
Loula earned a BSc in economics from University College London, an MSc in finance from Imperial College London, and an MBA from Harvard Business School. The mother of two children, in the rare free moments she has, she enjoys traveling and the cinema, in particular comedy.
