Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Luisa was Head of Consulting and Analytics for the UK and Ireland at Visa. Before that she was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Co., advising global financial institutions on strategy and organizational topics. Luisa began her career as a derivatives structurer at Barclays and UBS, where she was Co-Head of European Insurance Structuring.
Luisa holds a Degree in International Economics and Management (cum laude) from Bocconi University in Milan and a Masters in Finance from London Business School.
