Kevin Kornoelje co-leads Egon Zehnder’s Business Services Practice in the United States and leads the Firm’s Los Angeles office. His deep expertise in finance, supply chain, and operations makes him a trusted advisor to boards and executive teams on a broad range of talent-related matters. Kevin also works closely with Private Equity portfolio companies to help them master the complexities of leadership succession.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Kevin was Chief Operating Officer at AON, leading global operations and strategy for two business process outsourcing divisions. Previously, he was a Principal at The Boston Consulting Group, based in Chicago and Sydney, helping services and industrial clients navigate corporate strategy, M&A, business development, and other challenges.
Kevin earned a BS in manufacturing engineering and a BS in industrial engineering from Northwestern University and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. Passionate about supporting those with intellectual disabilities, he volunteers with the Special Olympics and has served as a board member. Kevin also works with Junior Achievement to develop the next generation of business leaders.
