Majd Altaher has extensive experience in the Financial Services and has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to clients. He has specialized expertise in serving both public, and private clients focusing on defining their mandates, objectives and strategies, having served clients in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. He also leads the professional services practice group in the Middle East.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, he was a Principal at Kearney where he led projects across financial services, M&A, carve-outs, private equity, venture capital, and investment management while working on topics such as the definition of investment agendas, building organizational capabilities, developing public-private collaboration programs, etc. Majd has also co-authored several papers and participated in seminars.
Majd has a bachelor’s in business administration with honors, holding a double emphasis in Finance and Decision Sciences, from the American University of Beirut. Outside of work, he enjoys spending his time with his family, traveling and volunteering for animal welfare.
