Established in 1971, Egon Zehnder's Milan office recently celebrated its 45th anniversary. We work with the Rome office to assist Italian and other clients.

Of our 16 consultants and 34 professional and support staff in Italy, the majority are based in Milan, where they serve multinationals in the oil-and-gas, financial services, consumer, telecoms, luxury, and fashion industries.

We also help family-owned businesses with succession planning and transitioning to professional management, and also offer all of our C-suite and board clients advisory and consultative services, including management assessment and leadership development.
