Alessandro joined Microsoft in the U.S. in 1988, when the company had just 2,000 employees. In subsequent roles with Procter & Gamble and then McKinsey & Company, while based in Italy, Alessandro mastered world-class marketing techniques and tools, particularly “sales go to market” approaches in both FMCG and in the financial sector. His unique experience base, combined with his inclusive personality, allows Alessandro to develop strong global contacts and serve as an authoritative resource in understanding how the human element can support the crafting of successful strategies and the shaping of impactful business vision.
