Elena Costagliola, based in Milan, is a member of Egon Zehnder’s Consumer Practice Group. With over a decade of experience, she supports global consumer products and retail companies across several strategic themes, including executive search, leadership development and transformation. Elena is particularly passionate about empowering clients to discover and nurture executive talent, unlocking organizations’ full potential.

Before joining Egon Zehnder, Elena was an Associate Partner at Bain & Company, where she worked in Italy and Brazil. She supported international clients across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, navigating diverse culture and needs. Her expertise included driving revenue growth, managing mergers and acquisitions and leading large-scale transformations and performance improvements, with a focus on the consumer products and retail sector.
Elena holds a master’s and bachelor’s degree in Management Engineering from Università degli Studi di Napoli Federico II, both completed with honors. Outside work, she enjoys reading and traveling the world with her husband and young son.
