Rafaella Mazzoli is an active member of Egon Zehnder’s Global Consumer Practice and Leadership Advisory Practice, based in Milan. She specializes in advising leading Consumer groups on all aspects of leadership, including C-suite recruitment, CEO succession, Governance, Executive Assessment, and Leadership Development for individuals and teams. Many of her Clients are family-owned groups and private-equity-backed companies.
I love providing leaders with an unbiased perspective on how to develop their organizations, by understanding business and its uniqueness in depth. I adapt easily to different cultures and governance structures because I find diversity exciting.
Before joining Egon Zehnder, Rafaella served as the Commercial Director for Auchan in Italy.
She holds a Degree in Business Administration from the University of Trieste and an MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. She is committed to developing the future generation of female leaders and is passionate about mountains, travel, art, and her family.

Prima di entrare in Egon Zehnder, ha sviluppato la sua carriera nel Food Retail. Dopo la laurea in Economia Aziendale a Trieste, ha assunto ruoli di crescente responsabilità nella funzione Retail Operations e nel Marketing, fino ad assumere il ruolo di Direttore Commerciale in Auchan.
Rafaella ha una laurea in Economia e Commercio, Indirizzo Aziendale, dall’Università di Trieste, e un MBA, conseguito presso INSEAD.
