Supporting leaders to show up as better versions of themselves and better team members has such a profound impact on an organization’s ability to unlock value and achieve its purpose … it is truly energizing.
Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Caitlin was a Partner with the Boston Consulting Group in Montreal, Toronto, New York, and London. In that role, she focused on strategic, organizational and culture efforts primarily across financial services and investment firms. Before that she was a Senior Legal Counsel at National Broadband Network Co Limited in Sydney, Australia supporting the roll out and negotiations of the wholesale broadband agreements. Caitlin began her career at Allens Linklaters in Melbourne and Sydney as a Senior Associate in the Mergers and Acquisitions team after completing a one-year clerkship for a judge on the Australian Federal Court.
Caitlin earned a BA and LLB (with 1st class honors) from the University of Adelaide with a year abroad at the University of Poitiers in France and an MBA from INSEAD. Outside of work she is actively involved in Centraide’s annual campaigns, spends as much time as possible with her husband and young son, and enjoys learning to ski and ice skate in the winter.
