Shilpa Rangaswamy draws on her experience in management consulting and technology to help clients solve critical leadership problems. She is active in Egon Zehnder’s Financial Services, Private Capital, and Family Business Advisory practices, among others. Shilpa specializes in executive recruitment, leadership development, and board advisory services and is deeply committed to driving diversity in leadership.

Prior to joining Egon Zehnder, Shilpa worked at McKinsey & Company, primarily in the financial services practice, with shorter stints in consumer, telecom, and healthcare. She has served large conglomerates, public and private sector banks, non-banks, and insurance companies across Asia. Her areas of expertise include digital business builds, corporate strategy, organization, and frontline sales transformation. She began her career with Tata Consultancy Services as a software engineer.
Shilpa earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore and a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from Mumbai University. Shilpa is married with a young daughter. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, books, theater, and street food.
